User Agreement & Acceptable Use

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 17, 2026 • Hippocrates AI Platform

1. Educational & Decision Support Scope

Hippocrates (including Oracle for doctors and Aegis for patients) is an artificial intelligence platform created for informational, educational, and clinical copilot purposes. It does not provide definitive medical diagnoses, prescriptions, or autonomous treatment plans.

2. Physician Autonomy & Independent Judgment

Qualified healthcare providers must exercise independent clinical judgment before adopting any recommendations or differential insights generated by Oracle. Patients must always seek the advice of licensed physicians for medical evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment.

3. Emergency Situations

Hippocrates is not designed for life-threatening medical emergencies. In any urgent medical situation, immediately contact emergency services (such as 108 / 112 / 911 / 999) or proceed to the nearest hospital emergency department.

4. User Accounts & Clinician Verification

Users agree to provide accurate and truthful information upon registration. Access to Oracle clinician features requires verification of a valid Medical Council Registration Number. Impersonation of licensed medical personnel constitutes a violation of these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

By accessing or using Hippocrates, you acknowledge that AI-generated clinical insights are intended to assist rather than replace human medical expertise. Hippocrates, its creators, guides, and affiliates assume no liability for medical decisions made in reliance upon platform outputs.
